1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Grease Dr Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services
We provide commercial kitchen cleaning, extraction system cleaning, TR19 compliance cleaning, kitchen deep cleans, and related industrial degreasing services. The specific scope of work will be agreed with you prior to commencement and confirmed in writing where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service where, in our reasonable judgement, conditions on site present a health and safety risk to our technicians, or where the scope of work has changed materially from what was originally agreed.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are subject to a site survey where required. Any additional work identified on site will be discussed with you before proceeding.
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate.
4. Booking and Cancellation
To book a service, you must confirm the appointment in writing (email is acceptable). We ask that you give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances and will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible in such cases.
5. Access and Site Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe, unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned at the agreed time. Please ensure that kitchen equipment is switched off and cooled sufficiently ahead of our arrival where applicable.
If access is not available at the agreed time through no fault of our own, we may charge for the abortive visit.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
7. Liability
We carry full public liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of the work being completed. We cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our work.
Our total liability to you in connection with any single job shall not exceed the value of that job.

9. Data Protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
